New Year’s Resolutions
New year. Clean slate. 2008 introduced the Blog 1.0 to Otrib. This is the year to take it to the next level. With that in mind, I have decided to set a few goals:
1) Actually blog. No, not every entry is going to be wonderful. I remember hearing that Tolkien got halfway through Lord of the Rings and then, realizing he had a dud of a story, started completely over. But, if I can write an average of two meaningful blogs per week, that would good.
2) Write better blogs. The range of topics to discuss on end of life matters is vast. Research, write, edit and repeat. That’s the secret formula.
3) Upgrade to WordPress 2.7. Supposedly, this version has superior SEO properties which would, in theory, bring more people to come to know Otrib.
4) Reach out to other bloggers in this space. Need to stay away from the walled-garden mentality and recognize that there are people out there who are subject matter experts that offer valuable insights that can benefit me and Otrib users.
What do you think? What should the Otrib blog be focused on this year? How can it best serve you? Let me know.
